Please notify your therapist within 5 minutes of commencement if you are not satisfied with your massage. You are not eligible for a refund after 5 minutes.

Mobile phones to be turned off for the duration of the session.

Please respect our staff. Refrain from using offensive language. failure to comply will result in the cancellation of your session.

Cancellations for pre-bookings must be made within 24 hours or a cancellation fee will apply

Our therapists are independent contractors. They provide services within our studio guidelines. Some therapists have additional training and offer additional therapy services. These can be discussed directly with your therapist in your session.
