Because we want you to be pampered and enjoy the "Luxe" experience it is of mutual benefit for the following points to be observed when undertaking treatments and packages at Luxe Day Spa.

• For your first visit, and for your first facial or body treatment, allow 20 extra minutes to fill out your personal profile and undertake a complete consultation. If possible, allow extra time before your appointment to relax and unwind. The more relaxed you are at the start of your service, the more rejuvenated you will feel afterwards.
• Your privacy and comfort are of the utmost importance. Various spa treatments require different levels of undress. Please feel free to ask your therapist which articles of clothing can be left on.
• We understand that sometimes you need to change your schedule. We kindly ask you give us 24 hours notice, so that someone else may visit us. If no notice is given, a 25% cancellation fee may be charged. Please ensure you arrive on time for your treatment and we do not inconvenience any other customers and can provide your complete treatment.
• Services for Spa packages may require booking further in advance than services booked individually.
• Ask our specialists about the best treatment enhancement options when booking your escape.
• We pride ourselves on providing highly skilled and trained professionals, the utmost care and hygiene and wonderful surroundings to enjoy your experience.
• Consultants are available as a separate service to assist you in choosing the right products to improve specific conditions and overall sense of well being. Spend quality time with our specialists for all your skin and body challenges. All consultations are free of charge (except the complete consultation).
• Specials may be purchased on a Gift Voucher, however, if the Special has expired before the Gift Voucher is presented, then the full price may be charged for the treatment.
• Gift Vouchers are valid for six months from the time of purchase.
• Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
